Once John's Netflix offer is credited he refers his brother to signup with ZNZ under his custom affiliate link.  John's brother signs up with his link and completes the GameFly trial which gives him a free month of GameFly to try out. John then is eligible to receive a $20 payment through PayPal. He submits his payout request and is paid $20 several hours later directly to his PayPal account.
